How much raiding experience do you have? PVP Experience?:
quite a bit of raiding experience, i don't pvp much
We usually schedule raids beginning at 5:30 pm server time. Can you commit to participate in instances from 5pm - 11 pm server time 4 - 5 days a week: no, not everyday but i can go on when i can.

Are there any days and times that you know you are not available to raid?: i don't have a for sure answer but i try to come on as much as possible

Why do you want to be in Ultimate Force: i heard that its a good raiding guild and friendly

If requested, When are you available for a trial run: probably the day i get requested
